Well, Microsoft’s Phone system (formerly Skype for Business which is now rebranding as Microsoft Teams) provides organizations with a vast array of features and is accessible from laptops, PCs and mobiles, and comes with great headset devices and robust tele-conferencing.
What is it?
Microsoft’s Phone system is an internet telephone system that runs over Microsoft Cloud. It integrates to Outlook at Dynamics CRM, so calls can be made from contacts and their telephone numbers from your PC, Laptop or Mobile.
TechQuarters are accredited to sell and implement the Microsoft Phone system and if you want a breakout to the landline network to make calls to any phone, this is included.
What you will need is a Call Plan, which gives users 1200 minutes per month, pooled across your organisation, so some users can go over their allotment and use some from the company pool (1,200 minutes per user is a domestic call plan, and so it’s very hard to reach the limit).
If you also want international calls then we can help you purchase a 600 minute calling plan for this, per user per month. If for some reason, you ever go over this allotment after pooling the minutes, we can help you top it up in blocks of £10 pooled for average per month.
